• Highlighting opportunities to save time, money, and headache in the diligence and deal assessment process

• Strengthening and clarifying your acquisitions strategy and integration process (make the process more replicable and manageable)

• Providing insights into future of work trends which may impact this and future acquisitions

How it Works

• Step 1: After purchase you’ll receive a link to an assessment. Fill it out on your own schedule (30 - 40 minutes). This can be done solo by a Founder/CEO, or with a key member(s) of your leadership team for added value

• Step 2: We process your survey via a 152 point weighted factor analysis, culminating in a customizable risk management roadmap to help your team act on the analysis

• Step 3: We meet with you and your team to present and contextualize the most relevant findings
